Mermaids Are Real, and I Can Prove It (an underwater mermaid photoshoot showcase)

Yes, you read that correctly! Mermaids are real, and they are probably older than time (personal opinion).

Sure, that may sound weird to say out loud (or even in your head), but just hold on a second because I literally have photographic evidence.

Over the years of working as an underwater photographer in the Riviera Maya (that Mexican Caribbean area that goes from Cancun to Playa del Carmen to Tulum), I have personally seen and shot with dozens, if not hundreds, of mermaids, and these underwater mermaid photoshoots aren’t just some folklore tails (pun intended); they are tangible experiences that anyone can be a part of during my underwater photoshoots (yes, even non-swimmers).

This blog is going to be straight forward. I’m going to showcase my evidence that mermaids are real below through photos taken during underwater mermaid photoshoots, and you’re going to turn into a mermaid believer, but when that happens, you need to know that I can turn your mermaid dreams come true with your very own underwater mermaid photoshoot—all you have to do is fill out that contact form anywhere on the page, and I will send you all the info you need over email!

Evidence #3: Ms. Luna Mermaid

All I have to say is that each shoot I’ve had with Ms. Luna Marie has been so special, awe-inspiring, and unique. Not only is she out-of-this-world gorgeous, but she is also unbelievably talented at posing underwater and drawing you into her vision of fantasy. Check out the photos below of her bringing a new light to the ancient light rays found shining into the cenotes.

Evidence #4: The Surreal Siren

Here is another mermaid from the California Pod, and much like Merman Andy, she really knows how to draw you into her world through her ethereal yet delicate underwater poses. Keep scrolling to dive into her underwater world.

Evidence #6: Mermaid Vayna

I was at a loss of words when I saw Mermaid Vayna in the cenotes I call home. I truly couldn’t believe how stunning she looked in her tail, and when I saw her catching some sun rays on what we affectionately call the “mermaid rock,” I had to snap a picture! Keep scrolling to see more from our underwater mermaid photoshoot in Playa del Carmen!

Evidence #8: The Abalone Merman

Yet another beautiful merman caught in the wild! The Abalone Merman comes from the California Pod, and you can clearly see in these photos how much he is enjoying the warm weather of the Mexican Caribbean! My underwater photoshoot with this merman was so much fun—scroll down to see his gorgeous blue tail and fin play with the blue tones and lights of the cenote.

Evidence #9: Mermaid Aurora

I can’t speak highly enough of Mermaid Aurora! As you can see from her photos, she is gorgeous and really understands underwater photoshoot posing.

If all of this photographic evidence doesn’t convince you that mermaids (and mermen) are real, then nothing else will!

I hope that after going through this blog, you are left with a new-founded sense of amazement for the world we are all a part of,
